A first birthday photoshoot is a great way to mark your baby turning one! It's such a special moment in their lives so far, so its incredible to be able to do something fun to celebrate reaching this milestone.

The sessions are usually scheduled a few weeks before their birthday (meaning you will have the photos ready to share on their big day!) and consist of three parts:

 

 - some pre-cake portrait shots of baby, before it gets messy. Parent and sibling photos can be included at this point too, if you wish.

- Now for the messy bit, where your little one can get stuck in and taste their first birthday cake - and hopefully smash it, squish it and have lots of fun in the process - this makes for great photos! The cake is professionally made and included in your package (Plus there's often some left over to take home afterwards!) *Please let me know at the time of booking if your little one has any food allergies

- the 'splash' - a bubbly dip in the white tin bath, to splash about in and wash off all the cake.
